Hello Advisors,
Please see this external award funding opportunity for all students. Please share with your student body for a chance to receive up to $1,250 toward funding their education.

Me-Dian Credit Union is proud to support the future leaders of our communities through our Annual Bursary Program, designed to help Manitoban students reach their post-secondary education goals.

We are reaching out to invite your school to share this exciting opportunity with eligible students.

This year, we are offering seven (7) bursaries:
These bursaries are open to Manitoba residents who are either enrolled in or accepted to a recognized University or College in Canada for the current or upcoming academic year.

Bursary Categories:

Each category requires a brief essay (250–750 words) and a supporting reference letter or document.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could distribute the poster (attached) and share this opportunity with your students!

How to Apply:
Students can submit their bursary applications directly to Me-Dian Credit Union.
Detailed application requirements and submission instructions can be found in the attached document or on our website: https://www.mediancu.mb.ca/about/news-and-updates

Together, we can make a meaningful difference in helping students achieve their educational dreams!

Student Affairs – We empower learners to achieve their highest potential

The University of Manitoba campuses and research spaces are located on original lands of Anishinaabeg, Ininiwak, Anisininewuk, Dakota Oyate, Dene and Inuit, and on the National Homeland of the Red River Mιtis.

UM recognizes that the Treaties signed on these lands are a lifelong, enduring relationship, and we are dedicated to upholding their spirit and intent. We acknowledge the harms and mistakes of the past and the present. With this understanding, we commit to supporting Indigenous excellence through active Reconciliation, meaningful change, and the creation of an environment where everyone can thrive. Our collaboration with Indigenous communities is grounded in respect and reciprocity, and this guides how we move forward as an institution.
