Hello everyone,

This message is intended for academic advisors who assist students with registration.

As part of the Aurora Modernization Project, registration functionality will be moving to New Aurora on November 21st.

The Advising community is invited to try out the registration functionality in New Aurora at hands-on sessions. Advisors will be given access to a test environment where they can familiarize themselves with the new registration system with Aurora Modernization Project team members available to answer any questions and help troubleshoot any issues.

Please sign up for one or both of the following sessions, using this form:

Once you sign up, you will receive an Outlook invitation for your calendar.

Sign-up is required three (3) business days prior to the session to ensure access to the test environment.

If you missed the Aurora Modernization Project Town Hall held on October 28th, please see the recording available on SharePoint.

If you are also interested in reviewing draft “how-to” videos being prepared for students, please find them on this site. These are still being refined but will give you an idea of what we are working on.

We look forward to having these sessions to answer your questions and build your familiarity with the new functionality!

Take care,

Elfie
