Hello everyone,

Thank you to those who have reached out with questions about registration in New Aurora!

Group Chats:

We wanted to remind everyone about how to access support and get answers to your questions. Unfortunately, we have not been able to monitor multiple chats on Teams regarding the change. There were several chats that were ongoing from separate meetings and sessions held previously and we indicated that those meeting chats could not be monitored on an ongoing basis as other supports would be in place. It became unmanageable to monitor all those separate chats to provide timely responses, and not one single chat group was inclusive of all stakeholders.

Access Support:

The best way to get answers to your questions about registration in new Aurora is to reach out to your direct support contact in the Registrar's Office. The list can be found on the Aurora Modernization Project SharePoint site. This support model was designed such that our team can work collaboratively and ensure everyone is getting the same response.

We continue to actively update information on the website and in the Registration in New Aurora Reference Guide in response to common questions we are receiving. This includes resources related to waitlists and registration using mobile devices.

Registration Q&A Sessions:

Please consider attending an upcoming Q&A session for discussion about any non-urgent questions you may have:

Take care!
