Happy Holidays in text is displayed beside an illustrated snow globe design that shows a herd of bison beneath animated falling snow and Northern Lights.

Bisons,

As the holiday season arrives, we reflect on a year of growth—new faces, new ideas and new traditions. Strengthened by our unique journeys, we move forward, stronger, as one herd.

Watch us come together:

Billy the Bison and UM President Michael Benarroch display paper cutouts: a string of bison shapes and a large snowflake. The link takes you to a video of them both cutting bison shapes then adding these to a large bison mural, where students and staff have also placed bison cutouts. The mural bison cutouts include words students and staff added to answer the question: “What kind of Bison are you during the holiday season?” Words like “thankful” and “caring” are displayed.

Thank you for the care and energy you bring to our community throughout the year.

Wishing you the best of the season and a happy new year.

Warmly,
