Fall Term Fee Revision Deadline – Wednesday,
September 17

Last day to add Fall Term and Fall/Winter
classes.

Last day to drop Fall Term and Fall/Winter
classes with a full refund of tuition.
Note: Students who are on Hold will not be able to
use the registration system to add or drop courses. If you are on Hold and
intend to drop a course(s) only, please contact your advising office for assistance. You
are financially responsible for all classes in which you are registered after
September 17.

Last day to opt out of the UMSU Health &
Dental Insurance Plan. For information about opting out of the UMSU Health and
Dental insurance plan, please see the UMSU website.
Update your Contact information
It is important that the university has up to date information
so that you can be contacted by mail or by phone.

Update your address and/or phone information
through Aurora Student:
o
Log in to Aurora Student and select Personal Information>View/Update
Addresses and Phones
o
If the information displayed is not current
click the link at the bottom of the page: Update Addresses and Phones.
o
Existing addresses are listed by address type
and effective date. You may update an existing address by selecting the link
next to the corresponding address. This will access the page that allows you to
update the selected address and/or related telephone information. Only current
and future dated addresses are displayed.
o
Insert the effective date (current date or a
future date), update the contact information and click the ‘submit’
button.
Planning to Graduate in February or May 2009?
All undergraduate students must declare their intent
to graduate through Aurora Student. The deadlines to declare your intent to
graduate through Aurora Student are:
o
September 30 for February graduation
o
January 31 for May graduation.

Log in to Aurora Student, select Enrolment
& Academic Records>Declarations>Declare Graduation Date.

Select your intended graduation month form the
drop down menu and press ‘submit’.
