I just attended today’s excellent Zubek lecture that focused on EDI and decolonizing school psychology by Thomas Schanding. He mentioned a self-assessment tool they’re using at UBC related to reconciliation and decolonization and I was able to track it down. Here’s the link – perhaps we can think about whether this tool, or parts of it, might be helpful to us at the upcoming retreat.
