WINTER CYCLING CONGRESS
February 8-10, 2017 | Montréal
CALL FOR PROPOSALS
We invite researchers, policymakers, professionals and technicians, as well as enthusiasts of all stripes, to share their experiences and pool their knowledge in order to take winter cycling to new heights.
Winter Cycling Congress 2017 participants will try to find answers to several key questions, such as:
- What can be done to increase winter bicycle use?
- How can we make year-round cycling the norm rather than the exception?
- What are the barriers involved, and how can we overcome them to reach out to potential users?
- What kind of challenges are municipalities that are trying to enable winter cycling facing?
Whether your point of view is local or global in scope, we welcome your input on how to promote and broaden the appeal of winter cycling.
