Note the article on the new requirement for bike parking in commercial buildings in San Francisco on page 8.

'This bill is a simple, cost-effective way to help San Francisco businesses meet the growing need for secure bicycle parking that employees crave…,' said Supervisor John Avalos who sponsored the measure developed with the San Francisco Bike Coalition and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)."
