Here is the recording from the April APBP Webinar: Using Indicators to Track Walking and Cycling Progress. It gives details on a program put in place by Perburough, Ontario. A couple of interesting notes from the webinar:
They use a Transit Convenience Indicator based on an indicator they saw used in Winnipeg
They have someone dedicated to transportation demand management
Vehicle Kms travelled have remained
They saw a fairly sizable increase in cycling, which they link to an expanded cycling network
