My role primarily deals with UMGF and awards. As I wouldn’t want to usurp on admissions and their process, the workshop will be geared towards UMGF calculations and only transcripts for the UMGF competition will be considered.

Dear support staff and awards contacts,

We are holding a two hour UMGF GPA calculation workshop for staff and faculty contacts. This workshop is being held to give participants the opportunity to review samples of weird/tricky transcripts that are being given UMGF consideration.

Each attendee may submit a maximum of two samples for review. Please complete the GPA calculation for the transcript, then email the transcript(s), with your calculation included, to rowena.krentz@umanitoba.ca by 4:00 pm on Thursday, March 12. A final calculation and review will be provided at the workshop. Transcripts with completed calculation MUST be emailed by March 12 in order to be considered.
