Hi Everyone,

While it was useful to create a website update process so that we could clearly communicate our needs, now that we have a web engineer it is best that any web updates be sent directly to them.

The following is from Richard Norman, related to the process of updating segments of the website (and is also in the attached, please save it to your files):

Moving forward website updates should be sent directly to Andrew Robinson: arobin@gmail.com. As board members, we are content owners, so should be able to:

 

  1. Determine appropriate updates related to their section
  2. Answer questions directly related to style, position, etc. 


This removes redundancy and additional time spent on vetting by the Comms. committee
