Hello,
It has been brought to our attention that event posters are being taped in areas such as elevators, glass walls, and other surfaces that are currently wrapped with UM branding.
We kindly request that posters be placed on designated bulletin boards rather than on elevators, glass walls, or other UM-branded surfaces. Poster stands can also be made available for use in open areas, if
required. Please note that adhesive and tape can be difficult to remove from these surfaces and may leave residue or potentially damage the UM branding decals during removal. To help prevent damage, please ensure that only appropriate, non-damaging tape or
an approved adhesive is used when posting signs. These guidelines will help keep event posters clearly visible while maintaining the condition and appearance of our shared spaces and UM-branded surfaces.
