Hi everyone! 

Come for a free, soup lunch tomorrow, Tuesday Dec 16, and learn about how to run your own mutual aid projects. 

Social Justice Hub will have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free soup options served hot from 12pm - 1:30pm in the CEL office, room 203, at 55 Chancellors Circle.

Anny and Sanjana will host a teach-in on running lunch clubs and community catering. Take home an instructional zine and some extra soup if you bring a takeaway container!

Subject: Social Justice Hub Monthly Drop-in
When: December 16, 2025 12:00 PM-1:30 PM.
Where: CEL office

From 12 – 1:30pm on the last* Tuesday of the month, bring your lunch and questions, and join us for lightly facilitated conversations. These drop-in events bring together UM students, staff, and faculty to process the political moment, learn about social justice issues, workshop ideas for projects or initiatives, and meet people to collaborate with.

Sept 23*  Oct 28  Nov 25  Dec 16* 

*Earlier dates to accommodate National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Winter Term Break.
Location and Accessibility: Masks will be provided and air purifiers will be running. One room will be designated as mask-on, and all participants are asked to wear a well-fitting respirator when not eating.
