Dear Incoming MPT1s,

We are very excited to have you joining us on campus soon. In order to help you to orient to the University, our College and the MPT program, we have created a Department of Physical Therapy SharePoint site designed specifically for students. Attached you will find a Guide to the SharePoint site. Here is the link:

https://umanitoba.sharepoint.com/sites/physicaltherapydept

As you navigate through the site, please ensure you review the MPT 1 section in the Student Orientation page (https://umanitoba.sharepoint.com/sites/physicaltherapydept/SitePages/MPT-1.aspx). This area provides you with a Bannatyne campus map, the rehabilitation building floor plan, and information on the UM sites for student registration (Aurora) and our learning management system (UMLearn). Also, there are two forms that we ask you to complete before the first day of classes (BFAR and Accessibility Form and RFHS AV Release Form).

Please remember that you must be logged into your “@myumanitoba.ca” student account to access all Microsoft applications.

If you have any questions, please contact PTAdmin@umanitoba.ca.

Thank you!

Shawna Klapecki
