Hello RT1 Students,

On Monday April 27^th @ 9:00 am (R060) you will be applying in person with the RT Administrative Coordinator for your annual mandatory Adult Abuse and Child Abuse checks

You are required to bring any 2 (two) of the following pieces of Government issued ID to be recorded on the application. Please bring in the physical form:

-SIN

-MHSC Number (6 digit)

-Band and Status Number

-Driver’s License

-Passport

-Birth Certificate Number

Important Reminders:

Please bring a black or blue pen

The application process will now be free of charge.

You will not have access to the results of this check or be able to use it for employment purposes. It remains as property of the University of Manitoba.

Any previous Adult Abuse or Child Abuse checks obtained for work or volunteer purposes will not be accepted as they do not align with the BRT processing.

All results are to be submitted on or before the due date provided. Failure to submit these documents by the deadline will result in course registration being put on hold until results are received.
