Hello DH2 Students,
We understand there are many of you still requiring signatures from various people but have an appointment scheduled today with Michelle Oshanyk, Managing Director for your Account Balances. Michelle will
be available today until 4:00 pm. You are welcome to come to her office for your final signature (as long as you have ALL other signatures).
Please remember to print your patient balances & bring that with you to meet with Michelle. You also need to pay any student balances at reception before coming to see Michelle.
If you are unable to get all your signatures today, you will need to come see Michelle on Tuesday, April 22 between 8:00 am & 4:00 pm.
Please do not email, you are welcome to just show up.

As you are coming to the end of the year & the start of Clearance, a few reminders to help keep you focused:
- Correction Cards are due
tomorrow, April 8
- Clearance Sign-Up sheets will be locked end of day
tomorrow, April 8
- Double check all your appointment times are in the correct order:
- must complete Patient Review before Axium Review
- All forms & reports are completed & swiped
- Appointments are not over lapping
- Account Balance is your last appointment after getting all other signatures

Hello DH2 Students,
Read all information – then read it again. If you have questions, please come & ask before Clearance starts. There are things you need to clear up before clinic ends.
All CLEARANCE information can be found on DH2 Clearance TEAM!

Things to remember for CLEARANCE:
- All CLEARANCE information can be found on DH2 Clearance TEAM!
- Students must sign-up for all appointments by
April 8. The file will be locked after this
date.
- Students must show up at their respective appointment times as such, other accommodations cannot be made.
- It is
imperative that you have all forms & reports completed & approved by your instructor prior to your clearance appointments.
- Pay attention to the days & times of your sign-up appointments (some clearance needs to be done in a specific order & your appointments should
not overlap each other).
- Michelle Oshanyk for your Account Balance, must be the last person you meet with by
April 17.
