Read all information – then read it again. If you have questions, please come & ask before Clearance starts. There are things you need to clear up before clinic ends.

Things to remember for CLEARANCE:
- All CLEARANCE information can be found on DH2 Clearance TEAM!
- Students must sign-up for all appointments by
April 8. The file will be locked after this
date.
- Students must show up at their respective appointment times as such, other accommodations cannot be made.
- It is
imperative that you have all forms & reports completed & approved by your instructor prior to your clearance appointments.
- Pay attention to the days & times of your sign-up appointments (some clearance needs to be done in a specific order & your appointments should
not overlap each other).
- Michelle Oshanyk for your Account Balance, must be the last person you meet with by
April 17.
