This presentation will provide a brief exploration of common oral pathology findings, ranging from benign to malignant lesions. We will cover the diagnosis and management of various benign conditions, including oral ulcerations, lichen planus, geographic tongue, pigmented lesions, and orofacial swellings and lumps.  The session will conclude with a focus on pre-malignant and malignant lesions, including leukoplakia and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), highlighting red flags for clinicians to watch for as well as brief discussion on management and treatment strategies.
