The Dr. Gerald Niznick College of Dentistry is proud to position itself as a leader in dental education and care. On Saturday, March 1st, 2025, from 9AM-12PM, CPD Dentistry & Dental Hygiene, will host an online lecture with Dr. James Gilchrist,  Depart Chair for the Department of Oral Biology, who will be presenting on the topic of Stem Cell Therapy and Dentistry: A Literature Review. The use of stem cells in the field of Dentistry is an exciting and emerging area for therapeutic consideration.

 

For students at the Dr. Gerald Niznick College of Dentistry, we are pleased to be able to offer this lecture to you on a complimentary basis. Please email our Program Coordinator (Lorraine.Yau@umanitoba.ca) to let her know of your interest, and she will place you on the class list and email the online course link to you by Friday, February 28th, 2025. When you email with your interest, please identify which dental class you are a part of (eg. D1, D2, D3 or D4).
