Hello Dentistry Students,  I received a list today from the AGD with student membership.  The list contained only 5 names, so before the May Awards process I wanted to give you one more opportunity to sign up for membership and if in D4, be eligible for our student award (details below).

Hello Dentistry Students,

Please find attached Student Membership information for the Academy of General Dentistry.  Note that you can also visit

www.agd.org/students for additional information. Student membership is only $22, so it’s a great deal for all that students can get with their membership.

Note that we have a D4 award that is only available to AGD student members: 

“Academy of General Dentistry Award:  awarded to the student who shows the most promise of being an outstanding general dentist” (as nominated by the GP Clinic Instructors).  The Award is a one-year membership and a certificate from the Academy.

I will receive a membership list from the Academy closer to the end of the year and I circulate names to the selection committee for selection of the award.
