Good morning Undergraduate Dental Students,

Please be reminded that absenteeism must be announced through absent@umanitoba.ca as early as possible so that those relying on your attendance can make alternate arrangements to cover your missed assigned duties.

For missed morning sessions, absenteeism should be announced no later than 8:00 a.m. of that day, or sooner if possible, and ideally the night before.

For missed afternoon sessions, absenteeism should be announced no later than 12 noon of that day, or sooner if possible, and ideally the night before.

Announcing your absenteeism in a timely fashion is a professional responsibility. Please ensure that you comply with the times indicated.
