This e-mail is a reminder of the required procedure if you are unable to attend classes, labs, or clinics due to illness, planned/unplanned absences.

If you are away, you MUST e-mail your Course Coordinator(s) as well as the Dental Hygiene program email at dent_hygiene@umanitoba.ca. Both notifications are required for your absence to be properly documented.

Please ensure that your email:

• Is sent as soon as possible
• Includes your full name and student number
• Identifies the course(s), lab(s), or clinic(s) affected
