My name is Samantha Joy, and I’m the Class President for the third-year Dental Hygiene class.

First off, congratulations on being accepted into the Class of 2028! This is a huge accomplishment, and you should all be incredibly proud. While you’ll be receiving plenty of official emails from the university before classes start in August, I’m reaching out with a quick heads-up from the student side.

Here are two important next steps:

Download Telegram: This is the primary communication app used across the dentistry facility by students and occasionally instructors. Downloading this is mandatory.
Watch for a Group Chat Invite: I’ll be sending an email invite soon to join our main group chat. It will include your entire class along with our senior leadership team: myself, Kailee Budzinski (Senior Stick), and Raphael (Vice President).

Important: Please download Telegram and join the group chat as soon as you get the invite; messages sent before you join won't be visible to you! Once enough people join, we’ll share more details about the upcoming year.
