Hello Dental Hygiene                                students,

Attached are your winter term schedules by week and the overall Winter Timetable.  Also included is the Dentistry/Dental Hygiene Academic Schedule.

Note winter term courses will be available in UM Learn as of January 5^th.  If access to any fall courses disappears over the next few weeks, please let your instructor know and copy me and Director Bertone on the email.  There are sometimes some behind the scenes processes that shut down UM Learn automatically and we will ensure that they are up and available for your exam period.

After January 5^th, please use your schedules in UM Learn as I will not be updating these Excel documents and/or re-circulating them.

Note that any exam information included on the weekly schedules is DRAFT and subject to change.  Please do not make any travel arrangements until these exam schedules are FINAL.  Please also note that you are required to attend clinical clearance at the end of term.  Presently, this has been scheduled after the last week of clinics for DH3 and the week after exams for DH2. 

If there are discrepancies between lecture information entered in UM Learn and your course outline, please confirm with your Course Coordinator.  If there are changes to be made in UM Learn, please let me know and I can update the schedule as required.
