Good morning,

The final week of clinics is officially here!

A few important things to keep in mind this week:

1. All patient care must be completed by Friday, April 10^th at 4:00pm.  If you have any concerns about completing your patients by Friday, please email your Team Leader and me as soon as possible.

   
   
2. Please check your chairs on AxiUm for each clinical session this week to ensure all of your chairs are present.

• If you are missing a chair for a session, please let me know.
• If you no longer need your clinic chair for an additional clinic session, please let me know.
• Please be sure to book your patient in AxiUm for each clinic session.
  
  

3. Your final Clinic Progress Report is due this Friday, April 10^th by 11:59pm.
   
   
4. All instructor swipes for unapproved treatment/forms and Correction Cards must be obtained by Friday, April 10^th at 4:00pm. If you have an open clinic this week, please use this time to work on Clearance activities and obtain any outstanding instructor swipes/approvals.
   
   
5. In this final week of clinics, students will not be required to attend clinic sessions if they have an open clinic.

• This will allow students to focus their time and energy on outstanding clinical and academic activities, and will allow the clinical instructors to focus their time on active patient care, outstanding LA requirements, and Clearance Approvals.
• Students should only be staying home to study if ALL clearance instructor approvals have been completed.
• Please note that this will still be counted as an Open Clinic.
• Kindly email both your Team Leader and me to let us know your plans so we can organize the week accordingly.
• If you have not had many opportunities to take radiographs, please remember that attending radiology remains a valuable option.  Any additional practice you can get will be extremely beneficial, especially as radiographs are a routine part of private practice.
