If you are implementing during Reading Week, please reply to this email with the oral health supplies you need (we try to provide what you requested as long as supplies are available). If you require additional oral health promotion items, please specify that as well.

You will receive between $25 and $30, depending on how much each group spends. Please keep all receipts and submit them to Bernadette from one group member.

Also, indicate the event date and the pickup date for supplies (to ensure the SDH office is open). For others presenting later, please follow the same steps.
