Hello D1,

I am writing to let you know that the Blanket Exercise/First Contact – Joint session with DH3 that was scheduled on your Excel weekly schedule circulated to you, has been cancelled for August 26^th, 9-12.  There was an issue with the booked room and we have had to split the sessions up.  Your session will be rescheduled on a Tuesday afternoon in the near future, date TBA. 

I went to give you this information in UM Learn and noted that I had failed to schedule it there…. So hopefully this email will not be too confusing 😊

I will be in touch as soon as we find an alternative date for this session.  I have done a similar session personally and found it very interesting/informative, so I am hoping that when we reschedule, you will make every effort to attend.
