Hello,

In the spring/summer of 2026, consider participating in an Indigenous cultural experiential learning opportunity. On Oct 16th, 12-1 PM, students who participated this past spring/summer share their experiences. You are invited to attend the session, in person in Theatre B or via zoom. Please see the attached poster with the QR code for the zoom link. It will give you some insights on the value of the experience.

You can also read about the opportunities: https://umanitoba.ca/health-sciences/student-experience/interprofessional-collaboration (scroll down the page until you arrive at the Ndinawemaaganag information).

Shared with you on behalf of the Office of Interprofessional Collaboration

Sincerely,

I acknowledge that the University of Manitoba campuses are located on original lands of Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota and Dene peoples, and on the homeland of the Métis Nation. I respect the treaties made on these territories.I acknowledge the harms and mistakes of the past and present. With a spirit of reconciliation and collaboration, I move forward in partnership with Indigenous communities. In all my actions, I am grounded in salutogenesis and aim to contribute to health creation within places and settings where people live, learn, play, work, and love.
