Hello,
Just a reminder to be ready and in Brodie Atrium by 5:30, there will be two lines.
Dental Hygiene – Bernadette Franco will help line everyone up
Dentistry & IDDP – Dawn Silva will line you up
You will be lined up in alphabetical order, by last name. Ensure your white coat is unbuttoned and ready to be donned.
A copy of the program will be on your seat; the oath is on the back. You will need this when reciting the oath at the end of the ceremony.
White Coat Ceremony:
You will be called up in groups of four. As your name is called stand and walk to the stage (your left, when sitting in front of stage).
Four faculty members will help with donning of your white coat; first person will go to the furthest faculty member and stand in front hand your coat to the faculty member.
There should be plenty of seating, guests are also able watch from the 2nd floor mezzanine.

Hello,
I’ve had some frequent questions about guests and tickets.
There are no tickets to purchase for the event, and no set limit of guests you can invite. We just need to keep in mind that there are 60 students and limited space in Brodie Atrium.
My suggestion would be that parents/siblings/partners get floor seating; friends and extended family (aunts/uncles/cousins) take additional seating on the 2nd floor of Brodie (actually best view of the stage). The 3rd floor area is also
open maybe not the best view as its from the side.
