Good afternoon,
In preparation for the Opening Assembly ceremony tomorrow, please by in Brodie (by the elevator) no later than
5:45pm to line up.
When you arrive, please line up in alphabetical order (by last name). Jean will be there to assist the Dental class, and Dawn will assist the Dental Hygiene class.
The ceremony starts at 6:00pm, Dental Hygiene will enter first followed by Dentistry and then IDDP students. Please stay standing until everyone has entered and then take your seat, there will be blue folders on your seat with the Community
Code of Conduct that will be read aloud with Dean Cholakis and Professor Bertone.
Your names will be called to come up on the stage for donning of your white coat, please make sure your white coat is unbuttoned and draped over your left arm.
Let me know if you have any guests that require special seating accommodations.
