Please note that the meeting with the Dean this noon hour has been cancelled.  As she is meeting with the Class individually this month for your exit interviews, she feels that this meeting is not really necessary. 

I know that you cancelled a Lunch and Learn for today to accommodate this meeting, so I am sorry you are not getting free lunch today!
