Hello Class of 2026, 

During the class meeting with Dr. Schonwetter last week you were asked to vote on some awards for your fellow classmates.  Unfortunately, for one of the awards you nominated a 3-way tie.  As the terms of the award do not allow for a tie and there is no other way of determining a winner, the class is being asked to vote for one of the 3 people listed below as per the following terms of the award:

Dr. Daniel Tai Humanitarian Award in Dentistry (#34413)

a)           Awarded to a student who: a) has completed all requirements for graduation from the Dr. Gerald Niznick College of Dentistry at the University of Manitoba; and b) has been voted by his/her graduating class as the most compassionate and unselfish practitioner among the class and a person who has shown the willingness to always help others.

I need to have your vote by 4 pm on Monday, May 4^th to ensure that the information can be presented to the Scholarship Committee.  An announcement of the winner will be made at the Grad Breakfast on June 1.
