Orchard Heights Dental is looking for a full or part-time associate to join our well-established and friendly team in Creston, BC starting spring/summer of 2026.

We’re offering 40% on collections under $50,000 per month and 50% on collections over $50,000 per month.

The clinic is newly renovated and expanded to eight ops. Our office has modern equipment, fully digital paperless charting and a Trios intraoral scanner.

Our experienced team prides ourselves on providing a supportive and welcoming environment. There are currently two dentists working at the clinic who are happy to provide mentorship as you start your career. 

Our patient base is diverse and opportunity to provide all aspects of dental care is available. The community has a substantial need for more dental care practitioners so lack of patients has never been a concern. Additionally, there is opportunity to acquire hospital privileges and provide dental care to patients under moderate and deep sedation.

Creston is an affordable, growing rural community in southeast BC. The Creston Valley is home to just over 16,000 residents and boasts picturesque vineyards and orchards. Countless outdoor activities are at our doorstep. It’s tough to beat if you like hiking, skiing, or anything else in the mountains. Quiet Kootenay lake is 20 minutes north and the Idaho border 10 minutes south.
