WILFRID LAURIER UNIVERSITY

DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMICS

WATERLOO, ONTARIO

WILFRID LAURIER UNIVERSITY, School of Business and Economics, Department of Economics. Applications are invited for two twelve-month Limited Term appointments at the rank of Lecturer or Assistant Professor commencing September 1, 2014 subject to budgetary approval. Candidates will hold, or will have nearly completed, a PhD in economics. Preference will be given to candidates with university teaching experience. Duties primarily include undergraduate teaching.

Applicants in all fields will be considered with preference given to candidates with expertise in introductory macroeconomics, statistics/econometrics, microeconomics, business strategy, industrial organization and environmental economics.

Applications should be emailed to economics@wlu.ca and should include a covering letter, curriculum vitae, and the names of three references. Paper applications will not be accepted. Review of applications will begin January 31, 2014.
