Step 1: Complete the Work-Study intake process - Work-study program | University of Manitoba (umanitoba.ca)

All students need to re-apply for the Work-Study program every year due to financial aid requirements.

1.       Students must apply to the Work-Study program prior to submitting their applications to specific postings.

2.       Deadline to apply for the program is on September 12, 2023 at noon.

3.       Deadline to submit application packages for jobs is on September 14, 2023 at noon.

To apply for Work-Study:

1.       Register or log-in to your existing UMConnect account.

2.       On the navigation pane on the left hand side, navigate towards Work-Study then Work-Study Program Application.

3.       Complete and submit the form for a pre-approved Work-Study access. After submitting the form, you will need to click on the "Accept" button on the right hand side under "Action required by you" to view and apply to job postings.
