RE: EpiData-list Digest, Vol 112, Issue 2
Hello, During installation Epidata Analyis (last version), "javaw" is asked for a computer without Java... Is it necessary to install Java for EA Analysis ? Thank you.

I just uploaded on the website a zip file with the latest exe of analysis (build 180). Just download the zip and unzip on your pc. All files should be contained. http://epidata.dk/php/downloadc.php?file=setup.epidataanalysis.zip
The only change in b180 is ability to read all new xml files, and to adapt document folder structure to the new common standard.
The install routine should also work on Windows 7 - which you can see once we upload it next week.
We will latest on monday also upload the setup file.
The java installation was a mistake and will not be used again.

An updated build - 180, version 2.2.2 of EpiData Analysis has been uploaded for general download from Http://www.epidata.dk/download.php
Three things are changed: 1 The version reads the most recent files produced with EpiData Manager and EntryClient 2 The install routine is again "simple" requiring no other helper software such as "java". 3 The help file placement structure is adapted to what is used for Manager and EntryClient.
