This is a reminder to complete the MAHN Student Placement Evaluation Form for 3^rd placement. This will be due March 1. The evaluation is titled “ MAHN Student Placement Evaluation” and is located in the Practicum UMLearn portal under “surveys”. This is a requirement for the course and must be completed by the deadline to pass the practicum course.
