This survey is being sent on behalf of the Master of Applied Human Nutrition (MAHN) team to current students of the MAHN program.

 

This survey aims to identify student satisfaction and obtain feedback on the December 2024 Experiential Learning Week. The information gathered will assist in the development and/or revision of future Experiential Learning Weeks. The information from this anonymous questionnaire will be kept CONFIDENTIAL and will only be made available to the MAHN team and Food and Human Nutritional Sciences (FHNS) Dietetics Committee.
