Dear MAHN Students,

This is a reminder to complete and submit your final student assessment for placement 4 on April 5. Remember this must be completed, signed, and submitted in the presence of your preceptor. Do not rate yourself prior to reviewing with your preceptor. It is your preceptor’s role as your teacher to rate you in each category. Work with your preceptor to make sure they have set aside time today or tomorrow to meet with you to review and complete your form.
