Dear all,

During the May Experiential Learning Week, Prairie Mountain Health has kindly offered to host us for a bus tour of their region, providing an opportunity to take in the scenery and explore potential career opportunities in the area! All meals (excluding snacks and any personal food purchases) and accommodations (if applicable) will be provided, and there may be activities depending on the duration of the visit. We’d like to gather your input on the following options—please select what works best for you. The majority preference will guide our planning. Please note that this will occur on May 29/30.

  1. 1-day tour: Visit Brandon and surrounding rural areas (e.g., Neepawa, Minnedosa, Hamiota). This would be a long day (~12 hours) to account for travel time to/from Winnipeg and scheduled activities with PMH.
  2. 2-day tour: Visit Dauphin, Clear Lake, pass through Minnedosa & Neepawa and possibly other rural areas, including an overnight stay (location TBD). This option would involve shorter daily travel times, and the full itinerary will be shared once confirmed.

Please respond to this email/poll by April 3rd. Thank you!

Best,

Kam Wan
