Hi everyone,

This is a reminder that Placement 5 final assessments are due this Friday, May 24^th, unless you have contacted us individually to arrange otherwise.

Please remember to send your preceptor a copy of the final assessment on Wednesday so they can review the learning activities. I have received feedback from preceptors that some students have not been submitting their assessments for review.

Make sure to read the instructions on the first tab of the assessment form and review this information with your preceptor. If you encounter any issues locking the spreadsheet, leave it unlocked and email the assessment forms to MAHN.info@umanitoba.ca, cc’ing your preceptor.
