This survey is being sent on behalf of the Food and Human Nutritional Sciences (FHNS) Dietetics Committee to the 2024-2025 Master of Applied Human Nutrition (MAHN) cohort.

 

This survey aims to obtain your feedback regarding the recent May Experiential Learning Week. The information gathered will assist with the accreditation processes and will help to identify areas of improvement for the next May Experiential Leaning week. The information from this survey will be kept CONFIDENTIAL and will only be made available to the MAHN team (Coordinator, Preceptor Liaison, and Program Assistant) and FHNS Dietetics Committee.
