Hi everyone, further to your request for information about the voluntary feedback interview about the FHNS Undergraduate Program at 11:15am for those interested in participating: 

The EQual survey team are: Greg Hardy, Bruna Falci, Sheena Grimes and Mitchell Jay (EQual Accreditation Specialist).

Process: An important part of the accreditation process is the survey team’s interviews with all key educational program participants. Their input is an important component of the assessment and serves to validate the educational program’s evaluation and quality improvement processes.

Sample Interview Questions: Here are your sample interview questions to review:

• How did you learn about the educational program?
• If you have a problem with a course, who do you go to?
• How do you know what is expected of you in each course and what you need to do to be successful?
• How do you provide feedback to the educational program about your courses?
• Do you know what you need to do to be successfully in this educational program?

Disclaimer: The information that is shared with the survey team may appear in the accreditation report. However, the confidentiality of interviewees is protected (for example, individual names do not appear in the report).

Just a reminder to the students that the survey team is looking for answers based on the UM Undergraduate program (not the MAHN program).
