Thank Mikaela for raising this point. I will confirm internally if I can develop a pledge for all of you to sign and submit instead of submitting your records. This would also be easier on our end. I will respond soon, in the meantime please hold-off on submitting your records. Do continue to schedule your appointments for vaccination if you haven’t already done so.

Thanks,

Jessica

Hi Jessica,

I have gotten my immunization shot at Calvary Place, but I was not given anything back for proof, what should I do in this case?

Mikaela.

Subject: [Fafs-mahn] MAHN Student Influenza Immunization Reminder!

Hello All,

This is a reminder that, as stipulated in the “Immunizations” Section of the MAHN Handbook,

“ All students are encouraged to receive an additional COVID 19 booster dose in the fall as recommended for health care workers. These recommendations may change. – Documentation of this is not required by MAHN

All students are required to receive and submit documentation to MAHN.info@umanitoba.ca of an annual influenza vaccination by November 30.”

Thanks,

Jessica
