FAITH AND FRUIT FEAST
- An evening to share and learn from one another around the table.
Monday, January 24th 5pm Bulman Student Centre
(U of W)
PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING A NON-PERISHABLE FOOD ITEM
FOR THE UW FOODBANK!
This coming Monday we'd love it if you'd join us for a casual program exploring
connections between ourselves, faith and the environment.
In celebration of the Jewish New Year of the Trees (Tu B'Shvat) we are getting
together for a feast of fruits, discussions, and some creative activities.
Possible topics of discussion may be water management, forest protection,
vegetarianism, or anything else! Should be fun!!
The event is Free and Open to everyone. If possible, please bring some pieces of
your favourite dried or fresh fruit to share. But don't worry about it if you
can't! To get an idea of the number of participants to expect, we ask that you
contact either Erica Young (egyoung@mts.net) or Tammy Lavy
(tammy@requestnetworks.com) to confirm your attendance or to express your
interest in attending.
So, jot it down in your agendabooks -- Monday, Jan 24th - 5pm in Bulman - FAITH
AND FRUIT FEAST
We'd love to see you there. Bring a fruit and a feasty, faithy and, formidably
fun friend, if you want!
Best,
Tammy and Erica
