Hello,

SpringShare just sent us a solution to the issue of VR staff not displaying in Staff Online:

  1. Click on the Logout link in the upper right of orange navigation bar.
  2. Clear the browser's Cookies AND Cache
  3. Sign back into LibAnswers

Sometimes a browser's cookies and/or cache will hold onto incorrect or outdated information. Clearing the cookies and cache will force the browser to get the most up-to-date information, so it's a great first line of defense when troubleshooting problems that pop up.
