A link to Virtual Reference is being added to the Get It@UML menu to address the volume of requests for assistance using our e-resources.
This is a pilot project beginning in January 2015 with Virtual Reference staff helping patrons with e-resources and referring technical problems to Technical Services staff.
The presentation will cover a decision-tree and common e-resource issues as well as any questions you may have about this transition.
Who:
All virtual reference staff are encouraged to attend (please check with your supervisor before registering).
Elizabeth Stregger and Evelyn Bruneau from Technical Services and Bill Poluha, VR Coordinator will be presenting.
