In short, we believe that this is due to restrictions placed on HSC computers by Manitoba eHealth (their IT provider/service). Most (but not all) users' workstations are locked down in such a way that they are prevented from visiting external sites, and it looks like our new site is being treated that way. I'm still waiting to hear back from eHealth about a possible resolution, but should you receive VR calls about this, the best course of action is to direct them to eHealth: 940-8500 for IT support and access issues, or to us (789-3464) for immediate assistance with library materials/services.
