As what you may have noticed, patrons with a debit card from CIBC won’t be able to use Interac Online to make an online payment. The reason is that CIBC doesn’t support the Interac Online service.

http://interac.ca/en/interac-online-consumer.html has a list of participating banks and credit unions on their main page.
