Hi all,

Just a reminder that when transferring tickets to the WRHA Virtual Library queue, please transfer them to the queue itself, not to a specific user (unless you’ve spoken to that staff member ahead of time). This can be done by selecting Transfer to: Queue, WRHAVL Queue, and Do not assign to a specific user, as shown in this screenshot:
